Project Graduation and Madison Family Dental

Peyton Konkol, a senior at DeForest Area High School, will be graduating in June of 2016. She has lived in DeForest her whole life and, over the past 8 years, she has been involved in many different community teams such as managing the Norski co-op hockey team and being involved in FFA. Peyton has also played soccer for DeForest Area High School and has been team captain for the past two years. She is active in the community and has been helping plan Project Graduation this year for the school.

Project Graduation at DeForest High School

This safe, drug and alcohol free party is an event that takes place after graduation every year and is open to all DeForest graduates. Admission is free, and parent volunteers are always welcome. In the past, 90% of DAHS graduates have attended this grand celebration, which runs from 10:00 pm to 4:30 am.

To raise money for Project Graduation, coordinators have set up multiple events prior to graduation, including a bowling fundraiser, a meat raffle, and their popular annual crafting event.

Madison Family Dental Is Donating to Project Graduation

Recently, Peyton informed us of Project Graduation. We here at Madison Family Dental thought it was such an amazing, supportive event that we offered to donate 250 tubes of toothpaste as well as 250 toothbrushes to DeForest Area High School – one for each graduating senior! “We are thrilled to be a part of Project Graduation,” claims Dr. Lori Veerman, “since it is our passion to help the community as well as support our patients.”

We Love Supporting Our Community and Our Patients

Peyton and her family have been patients of Dr. Veit’s DeForest clinic for over 30 years, and continue to see Andrea for their regular cleanings.

Our experience has always been exceptional and our dental hygienist, Andrea, is top-notch! I love what a good job she does. The entire staff at the Deforest location is professional and approachable. I recommend them to everyone!

We understand that the graduation process for seniors can be overwhelming, which is why we wanted to help out however we can to DeForest Area High School and Project Graduation. Congratulations Peyton and all graduates of DeForest Area High School 2016!
