Dr. Alanna WirtzDr. Alanna Wirtz is a very busy mother of four children. Her oldest daughter is a sophomore at UW-Madison where she is currently pursuing dentistry. Her son is a senior at Memorial High School, he is an avid golfer and is interested in business. Her middle daughter is enjoying her sophomore year at Memorial and is a member of the swim team. Finally, her youngest daughter is an eighth grader at Toki Middle School and loves to play soccer and tolerates swim. Dr. Wirtz has lived in Wisconsin her entire life and in her spare time enjoys following all Wisconsin sports and of course watching her children in their various sporting endeavors. As Dr. Wirtz's children have gotten older she has also enjoyed starting to travel more - highlighted by a trip to the Rose Bowl in 2020, Napa Valley in 2022 and this year trips to New York and Italy for her 50th birthday. Next on the list is hopefully Greece! Ever since she was a little girl Dr. Wirtz knew she wanted to be involved in helping people in some way. After attending college at the University of Wisconsin, she started her career as a pediatric physical therapist. Five very rewarding years later, in anticipation of starting a family, she knew she wanted to find something that would allow her to continue to help people and provide more autonomy. In 2001, Dr. Wirtz started Dental School at Marquette University where she would become the first dentist in her family. In 2005, she started her dental career at Madison Family Dental Associates where she has spent 19 fulfilling years. Associations:
